We guarantee all of our borders. If they are defective you will receive 100% refund or replacement of the defective merchandise after the wallpaper has been returned to us.

Please note: Colors vary slightly on a computer. Variances between "Run" or "lot" numbers is not considered defective. If you need additional borders to complete a project, you must specify run number.

Otherwise, our policy for all UNOPENED, returned goods includes a 25% re-stocking fee, which is standard throughout the industry. Returns must be made within 45 days from the time they were received.
