Simply browse the categories of items. The items in our Web store are arranged by style. Once you find a border you like, determine how much you need based upon the area to be covered using our handy roll calculator found on every item page. Enter the number of rolls desired and click the "Add to Basket" button. No need to worry if you change your mind - you can remove items from your basket at anytime. When you are ready to complete your purchase, simply click the "Checkout" link found on every page or the "Checkout" graphic at the bottom of every page.

Here you can review the contents of your basket, adjust quantities and remove items if you have changed your mind. When you are ready to continue, simply click the checkout button.

If you are a first time shopper, you will be asked to complete some basic billing and shipping information. If you have shopped with us before, you may easily recall your account information by clicking the link above your billing information, entering your username and password and clicking the "Login" button. Your username and password can be found at the top of any invoice emailed to your after you made a purchase.

Once the information is complete, click the "Continue" button and enter your payment information. Credit card information is received via the proven safe and secure SSL encrypted connection. Then our CyberCash server encrypts your Credit card information far better than SSL does and hands it off to a server at CyberCash. Cybercash transmits the information to the credit card clearing house, receives the authorization and then Cybercash transmits back to us the credit card authorization code. (The authorization code is the only thing ever stored on our computer)

After you have completed your purchase, you will be prompted to print the invoice on the screen. In addition, you will receive a copy via email.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept checks and money orders, but they must be received prior to processing the order. You will be notified of any backorders or delays, with the option of cancelling should waiting be an inconvenience.

Shipping and Handling Charges

United Parcel Service (U.P.S.) will be the primary carrier of border orders, though comparable companies may be used on occasion. There will be a charge of $6.95 for shipping in the 48 contiguous states. Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. (cst) will be shipped out the same day unless the item is on backorder and you will be notified within 24 hours if this is the case.

Ordering Samples

Samples will show a portion of the pattern for verification of color and can be shipped via U.S. Mail unless you choose UPS Ground for the method of shipping. There will be a charge of $2.00 per sample for the samples listed in the "Samples" category. All other samples are $5.00 each and can be ordered through e-mail or our toll free number (1-800-267-2659).
